Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We want Whetstone to earn its place in your kitchen. If it doesn’t — for any reason — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date. This covers subscription payments (monthly and yearly) and one-off credit-pack purchases.

How to request a refund

Payments for Whetstone are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at admin@whetstone.kitchen and we’ll help you through it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days we don’t offer refunds as a rule, but if something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a technical issue, an unused annual renewal — get in touch and we’ll do the fair thing. You can cancel a subscription any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
